This is exactly what happens when I notice those details. And I have been noticing them more lately..I might be enjoying the erotic scene but then I go back to check the previous frames and start wondering if we are seeing everything in fast forward or it is only a normal hop in time, like, let's go straight into business. Which feels kind of off lately (might be thanks to the big amount of BL I read ) because I have started to want to see those details. I mean, why not a nicely done foreplay scene?? Oh well, that's not so bad...compared to when, with the same setting, there isn't a teleportation but the I'm-going-to-fuck-you-right-here-right-now development. They can be at a bathroom, at the school rooftop, in the house, in the office...and that's kind of ok, but sometimes it seems they are in the street/a park/a car (I mean on top of it)....and more, but suddenly the world seems to fade away and nobody finds out. I have to go back sometimes to make sure they didn't teleport XD.

Not to be rude, but why do you read yaoi if you're into it The Semes aren't submissive, they're indifferent. There's a huge different. If they were submissive they'd be on the bottom not top. Now I could see you saying the ukes are defiant (they usually are). Semes don't always moan (sometimes they cum too...hehe). I read like a million yaoi and not every one is like that. For instant Dear Myself has NO sex what so ever. So no moaning. Stick to shojo and yuri!!

What annoys me more than the seme seeming indifferent to sex (which I think is sometimes just a result of the mangaka's inability to draw subtle expressions) is all the relationships in which the characters have sex regularly and even live together, but still, every time the uke protests and complains as though the sex were non-consensual. If he really hates it so much, why is he still there?!

Whats annoying too is how the felatio scenes in yaoi are displayed.
Everybody seems to complain about it as if there is a certain fear of castration.
