You know how by the [Status in Country of Origin] section you can put (Ongoing) (Completed) or whatever. I think it would be helpful if under the [Completely Scanlated?] section we could put (Dropped) if it has stopped being scanlated. Then it would be easier to differentiate between those manga which are still being scanlated but aren't completely scanlated yet, and those which have been dropped. Thanks!

You can determine if the series has been dropped by the date of releases of the scanlations. For example if the last chapter was scanlated a year or more ago with the group status inactive, one can safely assume the series was dropped.

Some groups just don't "drop" things, so we can't really do this...You'll have to judge for yourself with the date of the last release
