I cuss when im frustrated while playing on psn. I dont cuss out people though its far more satisficing to regularly insult people than to cuss them out. Cussing at people just makes them angry.

Nah, not really. It helps when one of your best friends doesn't really like swearing anyway. I only swear if I'm really angry or making a joke. I usually have my own euphemisms for swear words that I use because honestly, I don't really like swearing in the first place. Being around people who can't go a sentence without using two swear words really creates an aversion to them. That said, I tend to swear more on forums than on the internet (it works so much better in written form than when spoken, I guess).
I only use the f-word once or twice a year. I really don't like saying it but I've become used to hearing it in other conversations/on the internet.

Lots.
Recently, I have been switching out one vowel for another so I can do it in class with a clean conscience (ex: frick->frack).

Only in front of friends! I also try not to cuss in public places where others can hear. But when I'm angry, the words just flow outta my mouth.

Definitely.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't cuss in polite company (though, despite being a teenage girl, I swear like a sailor in front of my parents. They don't care. XD), but... yes, I do swear a lot.

I do use it...mostly around my friends but if i'm "snap"...it slip out of my mouth
Only some words as adjectives to point annoyance.
Otherwise, it just takes more time to say what you came to say.

I'm like you! I usually don't... though when I started college, my roommate cussed a lot so it rubbed off on me, but my friend didn't like it, so thanks to her, I stopped. And I'm glad I did... It's awful going to a family restaurant and hearing peers my age (older/younger) saying the f-word and other insults to make their sentences more "colorful." It just makes them sound crass, in my opinion.
I try to censor myself... like "efffff" instead of the actual word... "What the hey?!" instead of "What the f...?!" If I do use it... it's against myself... I guess? Like I make a mistake, so I say: "Ohhh shiiiiii..." But yes... I want to be a good role model for my little sis.

1 swearing per 5 mins (one time I used a recorder; the rate was even higher)
that's how often I hear it everyday.
it's a miracle that I only started swearing in high school

I try to replace the really BAD words, and only use the f word, sh*t and others when I'm super angry. eg: instead of wtf, I use wth (still pretty bad though)
I started swearing (a bit) in my high school years

Far too often. Over anything that irritates me, and I'm easily irritated.

i don't like to use dirty words. but i use minor irritated showing words every-time when something goes wrong, annoying situation or if i get hurt by accident. ex. 'this is killing me', 'this is junk', 'this is making me mad' etc. but my sister has no shame, she uses hardcore words even if she don't know the meaning.
