I sorta quit playing WoW. I'm waiting for a good MMO to come out but it's the dry season. AoC was pushed back to March 2008, Warhammer: Age of Reckoning is due out around that time and then there's Aion with the angel-wing bois /drool around the same time so... I pretty much got nothing until 2008

I've been playing Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. I started a year ago and lost all motivation on playing it because I lost a boss battle two times very badly and training seemed to take forever. The game I was playing before I decided to pick up Star Ocean again was Tales of the Abyss. Which also a very fun game and I have replayed three times.
Star Ocean is addicting!
I just love the battles.
Full time gauge battling just gets boring
and one just loses the will to fight or
to level. RPGs can sure be refreshing after
playing online and battling the lag...

I'm in the exact same boat, quit WoW, waiting for WAR (which should be sweet), and not so much Aeon for me, but it still looks fun, it just seems like its going to just be a big Korean grind party after the novelty settles down. Oh and Hellgate London looks ok, but honestly i think its going to be not nearly as good as its hyped to be.

Been playing Viva Pinata, i dont care what you say, its a fun sim game a little different from all the fps that had been saturating the consoles so it was a good change of pace for me.
thinking of bioshock afterwards, been hearing so much hype and good reviews bout it. then maybe blue dragon, finally a new rpg for a console , i hope its not as bad as the reviews make it out to be.

Thanks, but sadly I have only played Tales of the Abyss. But i've been intersted in the series for awhile, I just could never find them selling them where I lived, but once I found Abyss I bought it right then and there. Now I want to play more of them, but I hate pre-used games because they could be screwed up.

I played the original tales of phantasia on an snes emulator and bought the symphonia and legendia. I really gotta recommend trying out phantasia if your into older rpg's, it's a snes gem

Man, I don't know how people can't love the Tales games. >.< I'm currently waiting for Rock30 games to give me a call and tell me Tales of Destiny and ToD2 are in.... (hey, I got lucky and got Suikoden, Persona and Wild Arms this way >.>)
I hope they'll release the Tales of Eternia PSP port to NA too... Same with Tales of the Tempest for DS.
And they HAVE to release Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk in NA, too! Have tooooo~ X3

Tales are awesome, especially when playing with more than one player and then killing some truly powerful bosses. Yet, there should be even harder ones...

I think I might already have the SNES emulater downloaded. So I think I might look for the Phantasia. And a lot of the old RPGS are some of the best, most of my favorites were from back then. Final Fantasy IV and Shining Force: The Great Legacy!
