There are these two ex-friends, who live next door, so close that they can move between the houses by the balcony. One is the vice-president of the student council, and the other is a delinquent of the same school. The vice-president used to be a delinquent and is now trying to keep his past a secret, and thus ignores the delinquent at school. The delinquent uses old pictures of the vice-president to blackmail him, and stuff happens? There's this one scene, where the vice-president is really angry and punches the wall beside the delinquent and the wall has a little crater? It's a sort of sequel to another manga, which features the deliquent's friend and the president of the student coucil.
