At the moment it's possible to call me a Hikikomori...because I don't go out often and am just freelpoading at my parents house XD
But that's going to change very soon...so in the end I'm not one bigrazz

Uh I don't think so...I go out with my cousins and friends. Though at home I spend most of my time in my room. I don't think I can bare never going out of my home.

Nope, never have been, though it doesn't sound like a bad life~

Back in high school during the summers I'd pretty much stay home reading & being lazy (this was before the internet, which gives you some idea how old I am laugh ). I'd still go to the library, grocery store with my mom, etc. so even back then I wasn't exactly hikikomori. Now there's this thing called "work" that calls me out of the house pretty often. no

Possibly, but it has more to do with lack of funds than lack of interest.

I guess the mayority of us doesn't have a choice...in the end we are forced to go out because of work laugh

I would rather not talk about that period in my life. Right now I live much more happily as a member of the real world.

Somewhat recently there was a time when I missed a lot of school for...reasons, and went onto independent study. That lasted about 2 or 3 months maybe...I very rarely left the house, so I think it qualified as some level of hikkimori.
But it's all good now biggrin

Not in the slightest. Might've been one three years ago though, I was pretty unsocial back then.
But thankfully I've emerged from that rut and am a lot more social these days.

It's possible for me. I don't mind not going outside anymore and its easy to become one nowadays with online shopping for my otaku needs.

I spend almost all day in my room anyways and only go out when friends call me up or church...but other than that....if i didnt have to do either...i would never leave the house...and might be fine with it...oh snap!
