It's hard to choose, but I'd have to go with Rock because he has guts. In the beginning, he was just an average, boring guy, but throughout the story he toughened up and survived through all the things the Lagoon Company and others put him through, where as other people would have easily died.

Roberta and Benny definitely, Revy not so much. I wish we could know learn more about her past.

Well, yea, she is still generally the same, but her relationship with Rock has definitely developed.
Before she'd kill him in the blink of an eye, now she would do anything in her power to save him, even rescuing him from an enemy encampment.
But we do need to know more...

yay I got some credits.
It really is pretty difficult to choose from this list.
Obviously Rock and Revy (being the main characters) made the most development out of all. But when I think about who I like the most, purely based on situations and remarks, I gotta go with Bao.
Everytime that guy gets some screentime, I know I'm gonna laugh, like here, here and here

Oh I love that guy as well.
But I gotta stick with Bao, besides being funny, to be able to talk to Revy and all those other gangsters in the way that he does, you need some serious balls. (anyone else would have been blown to hell ten times over already)
Perhaps one day, he will pick up a gun and show us why he can get away with talking to em like that.
