Okay so i read this manga a LONG time ago and so the art is a little bit older. No matter HOW hard i try, the name just escapes me.
It's about this girl, I think her name was Mai, she basically has telekinetic powers. They're a secret until these government federals find her out due to some psi testing they did with the district. She escapes with her father who gets killed by them... and thats all i know cuz it was at my local library back in the day and, well, thats as far as i got.
I know its SERIOUSLY vague description, but I'm hoping some manga genius knows wat I'm talking about.
