Sorry about this, but I can't remember two mangas.

1.) But I'm looking for a manga where this really bored guy ( teenager? ) had nothing to do and the suddenly there's an earthquake and when the city ( Tokyo I think ) is in rubbles, a very pretty girl appears and they try to get out.


2.) A girl's father get bankrupted, then she has to be a maid in this house but then son sexual abuse her. I know this is a typical manga scenario but it was kind of a big, popular manga.
