After watching K-on, I began to wonder if there are any other series with main characters with thick eyebrows like Mugi-Chan.
To add something else, the character should be concerned about his/her thick brows, or a character who has a fetish for them.

This may not have the things I described, but Kandachime have several characters with thick eyebrows, if I recall... Oh, and Fuuka from Yotsuba&.
