After School Nightmare has a character who was raped when she was little.
It's a really good manga, too. <3
The beginning and end was amazingg but the middle might drag on a bit for some.
I thought it wasn't too bad.
Things can also get a little weird in the manga, but it's all executed very brilliantly.

It's not completely translated, but it looked like one hell of a story.

The girl is unable to have sex with her boyfriend, he's being patient and waiting until she's ready. She gets raped and afterward experiences somewhat of a breakdown (obviously). In volume two the two get back together. Manga has a happy ending.
Basically it's a story about the girl recovering from rape.
