It begins with a young witch, who looks like a child, who dresses as an old witch to be scary. She created a succubus out of an owl and later on also an incubus. Her goal is it to bring peace to the land. Also what is often mentioned, is that the witch is a virgin.
I can also remember that there's also a character named Archangel Michael That I'm not sure of, but I think I'm right.

The series is also labeled ecchi I think.
