I'm looking for romance manga that is similar to "Grease".
Yaoi is also very much accepted. <--Kinda curious for this one.

Grease's plot line kind of goes like this:
Two people meet and fall in love.
Goes their separate ways, not knowing if they'll ever meet again.
Unexpectedly ends up at the same school.
Guy acts like a different person.

Story goes on with them uniting again or something like that.
Girl or guy changes for the other person.

I think that pretty much sums it all up. So any suggestions?
