it anime I have watched went I was a kid, it is shoujo in historical setting but I'm not sure what era was it, and the only thing that I could remember very well that the female lead love wearing western cloth but she has a horrible taste (mismatching ...ect.) and she is engaged or something.

...it would help if you were a bit more specific. Okay, so she was wearing Western clothes, but do you know where it took place? Did it look like a Western country or Japan? Also, if you can't be exact, try and estimate. I'm pretty sure you could tell the difference between the Dark Ages and the Roaring Twenties, right?
