I'm trying to find the manga that's about a highschool student who gets a part-time job and when he get's to the house he unwittingly releases a nekomata that he's forced to help capture again.

I'm not sure but maybe you could mean Kaibutsu Oujo or Tsukuyomi - Moon Phase ?
