Hey guys,

I'm MitsuiSelphie, owner of Kagami Scanlations.

We are currently looking for Japanese and Chinese translators. Experience is welcome but not necessary.

More importantly, however, we are looking for a couple of EXPERIENCED editors.
Applicants for editors must:
*be used to working with both HQ and MQ scans
*be able to clean speech bubbles and SFX as well as straighten the page and make the scans look crisp
*be able to input both text and SFX
*have worked with other scanlation groups before or be working with other groups presently
*be able to finish editing a chapter of about 40 pages in two weeks' time

Experience for editor applicants is necessary because we're rushing for Christmas releases and have really no time to train newbies. We'd even accept help from veteran editors who're willing to help us with our christmas releases only.

Willingness to agree to work on both shoujo and yaoi as well as being familiar with our releases are preferred but not necessary.
