Manga's that have to do with whether it be someone who tries or someone who tried or someone who is trying to help their friend who wants to anything is fine please nothing that is childish or only deals with it for a tiny bit and example would be Myself; Yourself the anime.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
Over the years I've known a few people who tried and a couple of my friends who actually have but now its getting more and more frequent with people in my life even the girl I love (not girlfriend its complicated) has tried and I really don't know how to handle the situation at all but manga is where I get a lot of knowledge I otherwise couldn't experience from and honestly if you do more than just read it it can teach you a lot of things even if it wasn't made to.

Dear Friends
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The main character attempted suicide at one point.

And I second Jisatsu Circle. Though, the manga's not something that would teach you how to handle it.

Edit
Just remembered another one: Diamond Head has an instance.

Go! Go! Heaven! is a manga dealing with four girls who wish to commit suicide in a grandiose way by joining together to form a band and kill themselves during performance.

I second Suicide Club and Suicide Island

I'll recommend you Confidential Confessions the most
first story is about suicide, maybe it helps...

and you should also try Kanojotachi no X-Day

On a side note, I don't think you should seriously look to manga for how to handle the situation. Manga stories are often an ideal set of events. Though, I do recommend reading it if you're trying to cope or escape your problems for a little while. You might not want to but you should probably seek out an established organization that helps with this sort of thing. They can probably help you a lot better than a manga ever could.

Trust me I'm not using the manga to find a way I'm just using them to see if they have other points of views I can see

the only thing that cames to my mind is Mars - twin-brother and mother of the main character commited suicide, which caused him a psychological trauma..

Sand Chronicles: won't spoil it but someone very close to the main character comits suicide and it shows how she deals with it
Life: I think the main character contemplates suicide
