It's easy: Click on "Genres", then on "Advanced Search by Genre" and click on the genres you want. If you don't want lolicon, just douple click on it.
You can also use the rating to see what a lot of people liked!

Most mangas doesn't have lolis in my experience. What you are looking for need to be a bit mroe specific than that...
