I've just started reading again, from volume 16 or so where i previously left off, and would just like to know if there's any new information on who Gon's mother is. That's just one of the mysteries that really bothered me, especially in the beginning when he cancels the tape and then it destroys itself.

In the next chapters there is nothing about gon's mother, nothing at all, not even spoked, talked... just nothing... just maybe next arc we will know something about her... gon itself says: "miko san is my mother"
