I will go with Baalzebup´s answer as nothing else irritates me more than a true hypocrite. There are obviously worse crimes but living by double standards is an immediate short cut on my shit list. I also hate false friendliness and vapid promises but that´s still the same theme. Live by what you preach, even if none will like you for it.

I also find it irritating that one must always tear something down to build something up if we are talking about pure internet culture.

when a girl is too moody and needy to the point that its too irritating...
and when you get on her bad side she stops talking to you but if she needs something she initiates the conversation... whats worst is i see her everyday cause's she's my roommate... its fucking hard....
and i'm always the one who says sorry even if its not my fault.....

i'm a girl myself but i don't act like that all the time....
sometimes i question myself are all girls like this and start to wish that i'm a boy instead.
i'm sexually confused at this period of my life and gender is not in my preference when i'm loving someone. but at this point i'm starting to think that boys are a bit more tolerable to be with.

in short what irritates me is MY ROOMATE!!!!!!!!!!! dead dead

Everything.

(Most) people.

Well, to specify:
- People who talk/yell for no special reason when one is trying to work/rest *coughroommatecough*
- Rude people who don't apologize if they accidentally hit you
- Shallow, bitchy types who complain about everything and depresses you (as if we don't all have problems of our own)
- Those who take other people's kindness for granted
- Selfish, arrogant autocratic narcissists
- People who speak with as many "like" inserted in their speech as possible
- People who "borrow" your stuff without your permission, including if they touch/dirty your items
- Idiots who run across the street during a red light (You deserve to be hit)
- Strangers with no sense of personal space (only okay if this is China)
- Hypocrites of all kinds

And the list goes on. I am especially annoyed if someone tries to schedule a meeting during my "off-time" - i.e. weekends. I've devoted enough time to stupid clubs and classes, and deserve some hermit time to read/rest. Leave me alone, people in real life.

People who brag about how good they are and ends up being caught cheating. Worst thing is they didn't get expelled from a special(in a good way) program.

People who are two faced. Honestly, don't tell me you are friends with this girl in front of other then go around telling others how she's mean and she isn't your friend.

Since I'm in high school, people who has the sole aim of getting into an Ivy, and (several times) said that he WILL get into MIT(HA. he got deferred). Including those who suck up to teachers, then turns around and acts like a douche to others. Now the teachers don't care if you show up to a school dance drunk. (this is different from the first guy)

Laptops that don't have a CD drive anymore.

^ I don't understand this, I mean, people still buy or have CDs like I do. Is it space issue?? So annoying.

Another thing that irritates me is uncooperative neighbors...

Manufacturers try to make their junk slimmer. Typically netbooks do not have drives, since most stuff can be done via USB or net. Personally I didn't include a CD drive on my PC since I can just install Windows or any other OS off USB stick. Most games, which I don't really buy, but some people do, have codes for downloading. The only reason you really need a DVD/CD-drive nowadays is for ripping CDs, but for most people lossy streamed music is enough and they don't particularly save FLAC or APE files, so 320 kbps of subscribed Spotify or lower is enough. Laptop SSDs don't really have much room for storing lossless audio anyway.

A person who has a *Special Snowflake* attitude will always annoy me, unless he or she is being sarcastic and making fun of the scenario...

Well honestly, I've encountered different kinds of unpleasant people, I've come to have a good amount of tolerance already, even I am irritating as well.

Regarding the laptops: Videogame console manufacturers once figured out that about 2% of the customers actually use backwards-comparability, so they decided to forgo the cost to put such chips in the new consoles. They could then also sell the ability of playing old games back to you. Think of top-loaders in the past and HD-collections / downloads / rental streaming dead in the present.
The laptop manufacturers probability did the same math and found out that people as 15C08, who would complain about the lack of a drive, are near nonexistent and they can also sell you all sorts of alternatives, as an external drive, on top. Obey, Consume, This is your God!

I always feel irritated when someone whose ability is worse than another's comments on that person's ability. You can tell when it's out of spite and it sucks. Anyhow, rule to go with this is that you shouldn't comment or give advice on someone's ability, unless you're genuinely better. It's an indirect way to boasting and it really, really irritates me—and everyone else too, I think, no?

Overly rude people, when they say unnecessary things straight to someone's face , and people who eat really loud. Also when people agree with everything ,but never say their own opinion.

Hypocrisy, as many others here.
When people think they understand/know you, but they don't.
When people give unwanted/unasked advice.

Prejudice.
Backstabbing.
People who keep quiet or even get close to you for personal reasons and then back stab you when they got what they wanted.
People who get easily irritated also irritate me, because they also tend to judge people in an eye blink and get irritated sometimes for no logical reason.

What irritates me in general? Topic like this, and the poster who makes this. Venting or asking advice in this place is a bad idea either.
