I'm looking for a manga that has a romance between an older man (could be in his 30's-40's) and a younger woman (could be in her 20's-30's). The setting could be around an office setting though I don't prefer it to be around school.
Also, I don't mind if you guys could also suggest any Yaoi titles for me as well. Just as long as the age that I've said earlier could be applied.
Could anyone suggest something to me?

I got to read the first chapter of Hotaru no Hikari. I was looking for older guy. The Takano guy is a little bit drawn younger even though he is already 41 years of age. But I think I'll read further.

@scarlet2life, yeah I agree that Takano's drawn a bit younger than usual, but he "ages gracefully" in the course of the manga, which is to say that his age becomes more obvious because of his behavior, poise and maturity. There are times when he's seriously HOT.... *___*
Oh yeah, be warned that it takes a long time for the heroine to get together with him... But that's what makes it so satisfying for me - I was like a dog starving for a meal and so when I got it I was really happy! Lol...
