I searched the MU database on the description: Power, Steal. I looked through those titles that were only one name but could not find one that suited your description. (But I only looked at the one name titles)

I found some who had a resemblens so i´ll list them:
Goemon (MORI Yusaku) Descprition meantions that he uses his Supernatural ability to steal.
P×P Descritption mentions a mysterius theif, but the Grene's doesn´t either fantasy or Supernatural.
Grigori I could barly make anytihng out of the discprtion of this one, but it mentions a boy with mysterious power.
Trump! I rather doubt that this is one but i put it here anyway

As i said above i only looked at the one name titles and there where 35 page's so it might be there.
