i have no idea what the name is i only know that somewhere in the story there is a big black guy that is a fag and and the guy is a pro wrestler or boxer i think and i think that he is after the main characters ass, sorry its not much to go on

If your not refering to the begining of the story then it's Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru

Main charater is a white haired guy in a school that has a lot of martial arts clubs (think the schol specialice in Athletic education), and main is a member of the Acrobatics Club but as the story begins he Joins the Second Karate Club.
