This has bugging me since yesterday, the fact that I can't remember the title of this anime I watched from when i was younger. It's very girly, a shoujo comedy targeted to really young girls.

From what I can remember the anime was about this rich girl whose dad pass away so she had to transfer away from her wealthy school to a really poor school nearing bankruptcy. There she meets her new classmates consisting of a hyper active chibi girl, some farm animals, and some boys. The main girl ended up being the chairman of the school or something and sometimes act all prissy. They get into ridiculous adventures.

Not sure if there's any manga version of this, but does anyone know about this anime? I hate it when I can't remember the title :/
