I'm looking for a manga that has to do about a guy in an all girls school i would like that the manga or manwha (if i wrote it wrong pardon me ) to have comedy,romance,and if possible action ,please no Gender Bender

I don't really understand your request. Are you looking for a guy teaching in an all girls school? Hiding there? I don't see how a guy can be at a girls school otherwise without some gender bender.

the only one now in my mind is mahou sensei negima by akamatsu ken
it has comedy romance ecchi as you want and fantasy
i recommend u to give it a try

I My Me! Strawberry Eggs - Male teacher cross-dresses as female to teach at all girls school. (Anime and manga reccomended) Both comedy and romance.
The only other series I can think of is the anime Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru. (Also guy cross-dressing but not as a teacher.) Also comedy and romance.

Hanayashiki no Juunintachi, I guess. There's not really any gender bender other than the main girl and guy not exactly fitting into traditional Japanese gender roles.

In that case Gakuen Ouji might fit. There's no action, though, and even if the school has very few guys, they're pretty much all characters of the story, whereas there aren't much girl characters (from what I've read).

if i dont remember wrong open sesame is set in a school with a serious lack of male students
also i second gakuen ouji ....ARGH!!, i know like 6 more mangas like this but i cant remember their names....im gonna check my lists if you are lucky ill find them 
Edit: okey so im not all that great at remembering to put stuff i read on my reading list but atleast i found one Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei
