I'm looking for something where the guy follows the girl and does weird things cause he likes the girl but ends up getting beat up by the girl. Ex: 1/2 Prince Gui and Prince Bara no maria Aizan and Maria. Plus the plot has romance but also focuses on other things. No BL or GL I perfer shoujo but Shounen could also work.

Uh, I may have misunderstood you... but there are some scenes in Tokyo Crazy Paradise in which Ryuji tries to, um, get close to Tsukasa (kinda like Gui does) and ends up tied and hanging from the ceiling

And I think Hana Yori Dango might also fit

Grand Sun might fit. She's kick-ass, but he's not all that clingy.
[m]Musash #9[/m] might also work for you. More action-adventure than shoujo. And not a comedy. She does totally outclass him in every way.

@Hanae: Thx! I didn't know there were scenes like that in Tokyo Crazy Paradise (never read it) I thought he was tsundere lol. I'll give it a try!

I actually enjoyed Hana Yori Dango in the first couple of chapters...I've been meaning to get back to it.
