Mangascreener, Manga-Sketchbook, Null, Toriyama's World, Evil Genius, Maximum 7.
I worked with a couple of them, Aerandria too, but the guys above scanlate some of my favourites. I'm probably missing a bunch.

stubbornone, /a/nonymous scanlations, kotonoha, project bite me!, and hox are groups that I really respect and love.
For me it would be Easy Going Scans, they're doing a lot of great manga, manhwa and webcomics. Moreover, it feels like they're constantly picking up new projects, this is awesome !!!

My favourite group would have to be Easy Going Scans, since they do a lot of webcomics and manhwa that I like. After that, it would have been storm in heaven but they're closing now
Then Colourful Abyss since I've worked on all the projects that we've released.

For me it is: The Company and Easy Going Scans.
The Company provides me with Tower of God and Kubera, Egscans are translating Noblesse, ID and The God of Highschool.
Other then that I'm only active in following One Piece and Beelzebub right now so those two scanlator groups are by far my favorites.

So, let me make a philosophical blurb first: scanlators who scanlate my favourite series are not the same as my favourite scanlators. In fact, the more I like the series, the more I get disappointed if the releases aren't really good quality, good speed, etc. so I am a much harder critic on the groups who do my favourite series than I am on others.
As for some groups that I really respect:
-Mangastream - Note that I have mixed feelings: I don't support scanlation of licensed series, because I feel that it is not sustainable for manga and mangaka, but mangastream has very good quality scans, particularly in light of the fact that they release so quickly.
-RedHawkScans - Now, this is hard to post... I really dislike how redhawk sells itself off to Mangafox through their homepage links and they scanlate licensed series along with the rest of their selection of titles, see my comments about ms, above. But these guys are a very effective organization and they make good releases, I admit that much.... I can't vouch for all series, since they have so many staff and I am sure differing levels of quality because of that, but they are undoubtedly a strong group.
-A-Team - Good quality, badass, they are very attached to what they do and I respect that a lot. They could do a bit better on the communications side, but their hard work shines through anyway, so I hope they stick around.
-Easy Going Scans - Hard to get more pure mass of releases than this group, sure, they are slow on some projects, but they do manage to do huge amount of quality releases everyday. I have worked with them personally too, and they have one of the greatest communities I've ever seen of a scanlation group!
-Village idiot - They are a large group, like some of the above, which always makes things tricky on coordination and quality checking sides, but I think they are fun people and I enjoy reading their releases. They have a wide project selection but they are very selective in terms of genre and style, sticking to the shounen comedy that they love. They are out there to do something they like and I think that's something all scanlators aim to do.
-Kotonoha - They generally have high quality, good releases, and, although I think credit pages are generally a good thing, I find it interesting and very earnest that they don't use them most of the time.
Anyway, there are my two-cents, there are many other groups that I respect and that do a great job and a bunch that might be famous and release wonderful series that I like less. That's not going to change though, so I just hope that we all continue moving forward, doing the best we can to honour our favourite series and authors!
