Manga where a female protagonist has something wrong with her, but love interest dosen't care. Like a large scar, or other preferably physical impairment. She spends a while (not revealed in one chapter) trying to keep it hidden. When is finally does come out, the lover interest doesn't care. Can be yuri, but not yaoi.

Or we could subvert it and have the lover interest care and think its disgusting/distasteful, that would be cool too.

Does being a vampire count as something wrong? If so, then Karin.

You might also be interested in Kingyo sou. It has a female protagonist, except the romantic interest "has something wrong" with him.

Sundome

Yeah, this probably isn't your cup of tea.

But it fits the description.

Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou, kind of?
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The main girl is pretty psycho, and they don't get together until the end, but yeah.

Although this isn't really a shining example of a great manga...
