This is kind of vague, but I don't think the Hmanga itself is obscure. The chapter involves a guy whose friend asks him to take care of a product, which turns out to be a dog genetically modified to look and act like a hot, nympho girl and designed to be a sex toy. He ends up taking care of around a dozen of them, and of course, they all have sex with him constantly.

Don't remember the main volume's name, and have been looking through my hard disk for it (it was good enough I think I would have kept it).

It says "Fap pet" (No, really.) on the first page and it has Tadanohito Translations on the last, if that helps.
