I am looking for a oneshot that is about a guy who became blind from an accident when he pushed the twin sister of his fiance away when the plank from a building dropped down. The fiance of the injured abandoned him and the twin sister decided to impose as her so that she can stand by him. She taught him to fold origami, and when he when for an eye operation, she asked her twin sister(fiance) to go back to him. On the day of his wedding he realized that she was not the one who took care of him. So he left and went to look for the other twin sister who took care of him.
