Just to remind you people that: yes, you ought to be careful online, and that Manga-Updates can not be held responsible for whatever may happen to you (and all that stuff). Seriously, no one is forcing anyone to post info he doesn't want to post.

And, I for one, do not want to post any of that info, specially since my name is rather "unique".

Removing this response for exactly this reason.

Guys, please don't post your surnames, but that's what stalkers can track. (I hope that I'm not sounding like a mod here.) Of course, if your name is John Smith, or something very common, then it doesn't really help anyone.

But I'm Steph. There are thousands of them everywhere, so that alone is okay. It's my surname that's very unique, and I'll never ever post that online.

I'm call May Ker
May: A American name my mom liked even though I was born in July
Ker: A Asian name my dad liked
I usually just go by May
Boring huh?

Don't think it's boring. My middle name's May.
Do people call you "Maker"?

Otakubaybay, that's a nice name.

E-chan52, thanks! biggrin Don't worry, most Jenny's are good looking girls.

You have no idea how many times I have been call "May Ker, the Fresh maker" from that Mentos commercial. Thanks for the compliment though!

I'm Mark. If you went to my intro thread you would've known that biggrin probably heard of a hundred other mark's right? Name's too common to trace to me laugh its so common that we already have five other marks in my class and had eight other marks when i was in highschool.

so confusing and annoying whenever the teacher calls out mark

John is my given name, not Jonathon, jonny, jon, or johnny boy as my brother keeps calling me. Dull dull dull... i much prefer J (not Jay). My family name is a pretty common chinese surname IMO (i don't really know, but a fair number of people exists on the net with my name)... none of my friends can pronounce it though, so i can understand scyfon's flash animation 100%...*

*i hate the number of times i get told "is that all?", or "is it really that..." - ARGH!!! no i'm just giving you a fake name so i can waste both my time and your's and make everything more complicate for the fun of it.... in the near future i'm gonna see if i can get rid of my surname totally.... i mean just be called John <no surname --- at all>.

Yeah me too, where I live my name is quite common so it's not often my name is misspronounced, but when it comes to people from other countries (like for example my english teacher...) it seems like it is impossible for them to say it! ^_^;; it can be really frustrating sometimes...

I doubt anyone reading this will be able to pronounce it (or maybe?!), but anyway, and I find this sentence very amusing for some reason, for those who want to know, my name is

I have very bad problems with teachers at school mispronouncing my surname. Basically, I've completely given up on them, but hope that the person who announces names at graduation this year can say it right. OR ELSE!!! It's gotten to the point where one of my friends jokingly told me to change my name.

Haha, that made me think about my Dad's graduation. The dude totally screwed up almost everyone's last names.
