Yeah, I'm looking for a romance manga again! This time, it should be about two people who are together, but one of them doesn't treat the other right or just makes really stupid mistakes or instigates a break-up, and then ends up regretting it later. They don't have to get back together at the end or anything (although that's a possibility) - the main focus should be on losing someone due to one's own stupidity/carelessness, and then coming to regret it or even trying to get the other person back. You know, "they don't know what they've got 'til it's gone".

I prefer shoujo, josei, BL and GL. No shounen or seinen, please!

Boku to Watashi no Henai Jijou -- I love this manga and it's sad that not many people know about it. Although it's seinen, it really doesn't feel like it at all. It's more like a realistic shoujo with real relatioships instead of... shoujo relationships.
Sand Chronicles -- maybe, I haven't read it in ages, but I'm pretty sure this works.

I probably know some more but can't think of them...
