the female lead is a normal girl (maybe high school student), one day she wakes up and finds out she can't touch anything because as she touches an object, it passes through her body, this happens ,for example withher cellphone, her bike and the floor of her apartament(she lives with her father, who raised her and who looks like major armstrong from FMA whith a wig)
she meets a strange boy (he's about her age, maybe he wears glasses) he can see the near future if I remember correctly, and he helps her to control her 'power'
then her father is in danger ( car accident?) she uses her new special ability to save him
