This one has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find it. But anyways... I'm looking for an H-Manga that actually has more story than sex.

I've only read a couple like this. Some examples might be:
Kyoushi to Seito to
The Roommate

These seem to have at least 70% of the pages as actual story.

Cho Danchizuma Keiko is one I think fits your intent for the most part. The one's you listed you indicated had 70% of pages of actual story, the one I listed doesn't come even close to that threshold, but all the sex is actually part of the story. The protagonist is a female ero novel writer who uses the scenarios she engineers to write about them.
