does this mean that rikuos' father is the one reviving the hagoromo kitsune?

I highly doubt Rikuo's father is one reviving the Kitsune. One is that it appears that both the Grandfather and father sought coexistence. And what I INFERRED from the last line in ch 129 is that hagoromo kitsune could possible Rihan's daughter/ Rikuo's sister (half or not I can't say).

I think that last line hagoromo kitsune says is an indication of who hagaromo kitsune was BEFORE becoming the kitsune. I think it was in a previous chapter (can't remember) where it was explained that the kitsune takes possession of a child. If that idea is kept in mind, then it would also explain why the 2nd/Rikuo's father was taken out so easily. Him being unable to strike down his own child etc.

I may be wrong, I'll edit my post if I find the chapter.

And I agree, that what happened was completely unexpected to me as well.

i think in the chapter 127 or 126 there is an indication that gyuki is involved in kitsune plans. i don't think that it is coincidence that nurarihyon grandchild is kitsune (... that kitsune girl is nurarihyon no mago, isn't it?). possibly rikuos' father revive hagoromo kitsune within his own daughter with the intention of becoming full youkai

hmm, hagoromo kitsune being Rikuo's sister sounds like a good possibility. I would not be surprised if the curse runs in the female side of Rikuo's family, striking each generation.

That gyuki guy intrigues me too. What if he was the cause of the curse to begin with (as in the one instrumenting the killing of the nine-tailed fox in the previous era. The kitsune wasn't bad to begin with, living around humans.

"fahter" - seriously, that killed me. Could it be she got Rikous memories in her head? Is her veesel Rikuos sister? Why does the child (forgot her name) call her onee-sama? So very confusig.

I think Hagoromo Gitsune looks like a CLAMP character

Don't read too much into that part. It's pretty common to use onee/onii-sama on people who are close but not necessarily blood related to you.

But later she shouted Hagaromo Gitsune-sama
i donĀ“t remember the child calling gitsune onee-sama before
