Mon Seul fits your description exactly. Sister likes brother's friend, brother disapproves. Warning: This is not a happy manga, as the sister is like 10, and the friend is like, 20. Which is why the brother "disapproves" (to put it mildly). But you did say "but anything where the sister likes her brother's friend is fine with me ^^", so . . . sorry, that's all i can think of right now.
