Bad Boy + Romance, Playboy + Romance.
You get the idea... you might want to look in the Demon category as well. If you're specifically looking for shoujo and josei you can customise the search yourself.
Also, there are literally a TON of threads with the same request, just search the forums for 'bad guy', 'delinquent', 'playboy', etc.
