I'd like it if its not a historical (I have alot) Umm I want like a highschool setting xD

Eien no With - I read it a long time ago but I remember that I liked it a lot and I don't think there was much (if any) romance.

Skip Beat - You've probably already tried it since it's so popular but you don't have your lists public and it does fit most of your criteria.

Glass Mask - It's really good once you get past the first 2 or 3 volumes, but the art style is sort of old.

Sorry that none of these are in a high school setting, but I can't think of any shoujo not focused on romance that has such a setting.
