Well there was this manga where one of the main characters wanted to take over the world using hypnosis...
well there was this show in his school about hypnosis and he planted a person (other student) with specific orders to not get hypnosed.... and since he got hypnosed either way that's what convinced the evil guy to learn hipnosis....
so what was it called again? somehow i can't remember and i feel like reading it
