The boy protagonist is a student who moves to his aunt, because he failed his exams and now he wants to study in peace for the next one. On the way a young girl falls on him, and he accompany her to the nursery school. It's reveled that the nursery is his aunts. And the boy starts to work there. The boy looks just like Hikaru from Hikaru no go.
The boy start to fall for the little girls inocence, and the other 3 workers teasing him, they build an innocent kind of relationship, but the girl truly loves him. There are scenes like the girl brings him something he forgot to his cram school, they go to an aquarium, playing in an outdoor pool, and after a rain they must clean the kids twice. The ending is :

The girls father is some sort of architect or mechanic and works abroad, he dies in an accident and they separate, years later the boy works in the same nursery, and the girl comes back.
