and i mean it the dramatic/tragedy way not the one with comedy mixed in.
it should be the protagonist preferable male or a charackter who is very clos to the protagonist preferable female,

I second Suicide Island. Summary: people who have attempted suicide multiple times are dropped onto a deserted island and left to fend for themselves and do what they want with their lives.

read the reviews, basically she had already attempted suicide 3 times, until she met him but they can't be together, but at the end she found her way to continue living.

Perhaps Immortal Rain?
Summary: A young man is condemned to live forever and is given an ultimatum to choose between living to save mankind, or giving up on humanity and killing himself. He meets a young girl after his bounty and eventually she becomes someone he can live for, after overcoming various trials together.
There isn't really "comedy" but there's action, I don't know if that's what you're looking for.
