Title says it all. Looking for manga or manhwa about an uncool guy chasing after a cool girl that's not interested. Basically. If her personality was like Devil and Her Love Song it'd be even better. Thx.

These are kind of similar to what I think you're looking for...

Beauty Pop (female lead is usually expressionless like 'Devil Maria' + male lead looks uncool when competing with female lead)
Tenshi na Konamaiki (main male leads try to act 'manly' by protecting female lead )
9 Banme no Musashi (female lead is extremely 'strong' and belongs to a feared - by bad guys - organisation and male lead is a normal high schooler)

It's been a long time since I last read it but you might like Rosario to Vampire ((I think) male lead goes to a supernatural school and is human while female is a vampire that is really beautiful and popular)

I haven't read the manga Suzuka yet but I'm now adding it to my wish list so have mercy

EDIT: I'm so sorry, I just realised that Rosario to Vampire is an ecchi manga
