I was reading Seitokai no ichizon and I realized that I really like the personality of Chizuru. Basically kind of an aloof manipulating person. Are there any other manga that have this type of character? Thanks!!

I haven't read that manga, so going off "aloof, manipulating person," Death Note springs to mind immediately.

Haven't read Seitokai, but if you want an aloof, manipulative main character, you can't go wrong with One Outs. You should definitely give this one a go even if you don't like baseball - because it just isn't an average sports manga.
