becuz most japanese movies i see are flat out crap
the storyline sucks 90% of the time,
the graphics look like something from scy-fy original network
NO ANIME PLEASE
i just want to watch one japanese movie with
good graphics + good story (HD would be nice too)
i don't think their is really any out there, i think they should just start hiring american film makers already.
btw i ask for 2005-2010
is because that is the year i gave up on them

Here are some movies you might like. Like the Japanese don't ever have very good graphics seriously, no offense to people who like them. I like them too but once you've seen an American movie like "Inception" or "Avatar" with it's AMAZING graphics everything looks helluh crappy.
Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa (2005)
Crayon Shin-chan:(all of the movies!)
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006)
The Machine Girl (2008)
L: Change the WorLd (2008)
Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (2008)
Gokusen: The Movie (2009)
Blood: The Last Vampire (2009)

The Machine Girl (2008)

L: Change the WorLd (2008)

It's L! You must love him!
Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (2008)
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The english american version was nice too
Gokusen: The Movie (2009)
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Manga's helluh funny.
Blood: The Last Vampire (2009)
Spoiler (highlight to view)
I own this movie it's graphics are actually "okay" (in parts) but that's what makes the movie so funny. In the beginning a guy gets his body cut in half and it looks semi real! Other times her fighting style is mega fake!

thank you, however
i was looking for an actual movie (with humans)
not really anime-type stuff
with alot of graphics...
and as for BLOOD, thats the problem, when i watch a movie i don't like to laugh cuz the graphics are bad, that just lets me know how much im wasting my time.
i saw the machine girl ....SUCKED

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I remember Cyborg Girl having some halfway decent special effects. It's not purely an fx movie, but it does have sci-fi and action and I remember being pretty impressed with it. Not Hollywood level, but still good for what it was. Either way, I thought it was a really good movie on it's own and well worth checking out.
Here's the IMDB link for it
Edit: Saw that you posted about Machine Girl. Not sure if they're the same title, but the release year is the same so they might be. Check out the summary and trailer on the IMDB link I posted to see if it's what you remember.

Anything by Mamoru Oshii is good.
Its animated graphics but both Sky Crawlers and Ghost in the Shell are amazing story wise and graphics-wise.
The stories are deep.
