if you know the manga you might get what im looking for.
basically a shounen or seinen or shoujo with male lead, where the protagonist has a little sister or older sister who he doesnt get along with.
not as in having fights everyday cause this is normal for siblings but more as in not having talked to each other or grown distant and not close at all... actually more in the dislike each other way

only example i got is:
Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai

i dont have my hopes high for anything similar to this setting but im trying anyway^^

if you would put a little description to each title that would be nice

Ayu Mayu kind of fits but not completely.
the main character is separated from his imouto (I like saying this more than little sister) and tracks her down but two girls with close names are there and he can't remember the exact name of his imouto, one likes him and the other doesn't.

Hmm, this probably isn't exactly what you're looking for because "dislike" doesn't really fit this, but your request reminds me of Oniichan Control. It's a very funny manga about an older brother who has been avoiding his little sister for years because he's attracted to her.

thats at least close than the one before but id like to keep the bad relationship between the siblings.
im not really looking for an incest genre, but rather the improving or not improving relationship between the characters. so dont have to especially suggest incest theme mangas

It's been awhile since I've read it, but 50 Rules for Teenagers might have something you're looking for. Although I don't really remember which POV it is shown (I think both), it's kinda about the rocky relationship between the two siblings (which is rather realistic compared to other manga, and has no incest; simiar OreImo).

You might also want to check out Fujoshi Kanojo since it also deals with a similar dynamic where the guy tries to learn/understand/tolerate his girlfriend's strange otaku 'interests' because he wants to get closer to her.

im not looking for something like learning to understand the bad habits of someone. i really want an improving platonic brother sister sibling relationship. it CAN have an romantic development but not at the start!
