I think the story is categorized as smut, though no nudity was shown... it involved a delinquent (?) or maybe he was just a really popular boy who worked at a cafe... anyways! One day, he was being chased by some fangirls, and he runs into a "loser" girl and tells her to "hide him" for a while underneath the sakura (?) (or some kinda fruit / plum) tree. After she helps him, he decides that he wants to date her. Their love is blossoming, but there's one problem...
She notices that lately he always has a perfume scent... (cue the suspicions and lack of self-confidence in the female lead... I know... cheesy, right?) They get into some kind of argument, and she's hurt and runs away!! But she winds up running to the tree where she met him (the sakura/plum tree) and cries her heart out... He runs to her to the same place because this particular tree holds great importance to him as well. It turns out, the perfume he's wearing smells like... sakura (?) (or plum... I seriously can't remember the fragrance) because he associates her with the smell of the fruit/flower tree... He bought that perfume for her to give her on her birthday, but he couldn't resist wearing it himself because he needed something to remind him of her when she isn't around (awwwww... cheesy, I know, right?!)... and then they join in merry making underneath the tree...
