Hi friends =)

After a LOOOONNNNGGG time i have been craving a gooood manga read!!! even though i have no time for it lol.

anyway, i'm looking for a manga where the main character is raped by the person she loves, or someone close to her (ie. not a random attack on the street) but as a result, instead of becoming withdrawn and meek (like a lot of the rape victims dipicted in manga) she becomes angry and strong, determined that no one would ever make her feel that way again. Until! someone comes and saves her and teaches her to love again; or the person who raped her comes back into her life and reconciles with her.

Basically, I want a story where the victim is not a pushover and none of that "consensual rape" where she says no, but actually likes it. When she says no, she needs to mean it, and she needs to hate it and be devastated by it.

Ummmmm.... I think that's it!!

OH I've already read Bitter Virgin although the main character was still too soft for me...

Think Rouge Noir with that angry female lead! That is the PERFECT fit for what I'm looking for =)

EDIT: Oh also, if there is a manga out there in the perspective of the person who did the raping and how he feels ashamed and guilty, that would also fit the bill!!!

Better start with Vol 8 1001 nights then, because that's the closest one you're looking for!

Start from Deep Love: Ayu no Monogatari but what you're really looking for is probably its sequel Deep Love - Reina no Unmei
The whole series has a very realistic take on things and I think you'll like it better than Bitter Virgin.

The manwha has different stories in every volume, just like Arabian nights. That depends on you. Try reading the first volume to get the idea first.
