I just finsihed watching the anime Itazura na Kiss! and I Loved it! I'm quite picky about manga and anime I've realized so if I get a suggestion and it's similar in story line but of mediocre quality I won't read it. What I loved, though, about Itazura na Kiss was how far the main characters' relationship went over that long period of time. He went from disregarding her existence to marrying her and having a baby and, golly lol my brother had to yell at me to shut up from all of my squealing because it was so damn cute and it made me curse at my life for being so dull and with no romance at all and err, you get the picture
If a story makes me do that then I consider it wonderful
Anyways I would like to see another romantic relationship that goes a lot further than and then they got together and lived happily ever after. I think Itazura na Kiss was a pretty good length-about 25 episodes. If it were a lot longer I would have put it off til a long time later. So it's not exactly a requirement that it be medium length be I would prefer it so. Hm, thats all I can think of at the moment, if I think of more I'll post more later!
