I've read a manga but I forgot the tittle
I don't really know what it was about anymore,but a little kid or a bigger guy has got a phobia.
He doesn't like to be touched and when someone touches him,he gets scared and I think he even fainted once.

the main character does not want to be touched and he faints but I don' t think he was raped

Or could it be Takumi-kun Series ? The guy coudn't stand it to be touched because of the trauma

Nope,that's not it.. But,wow,I didn't know that there's a manga from the takumi-kun series!!
