Can't remember name of manga with shy girl

I read it a few years ago and it was about a shy girl who liked to draw. She asked a boy to model for her and in exchange he would protect her. I remember at one point some girls bumped into her and she cut her finger on the sharpening knife. The boy came and sucked the blood away. There was also another part where the girls were about to break the shy girl's fingers with a weight but left and the boy came and hugged the shy girl because she was crying. >.<

If anyone knows the name of this Manga it would be really appreciated!! biggrin
